| Indeed some of my best friends happen to be jewish...and I tell them in their face: I try very hard to see the difference between what the Israeli Army is doing today in Lebanon and what the Nazi Germans did to Poland sept. 1939. Unfortunately I do not see the difference. I really do not, except the weapons the IDF is using is more sophisticated. I fail to comprehend how a nation like Israel, the home of survivors of people who endured HORRORS in europe at the hands of the Nazis, can revert to this. Israel`s contribution to this world should be the promotion of tolerance and the respect of human life and dignity. |
