There can be no doubt that Israel won.
Hizbulah was smashed. Even though any army would find it difficult to look under every rock for a coward with a missile, and even though the Israeli government tied the hands of its own soldiers in the scope of the war and its nature (to try not to harm civilians), the IDF still managed to deal blow after blow to the terrorist thugs. Those thugs fought a cowardly war, hiding under rocks and behind women and little children instead of facing the brave Israeli soldiers face to face. And now, those thugs will have to face their own nation and explain to them why they decided to take on the IDF and destroy their own country in the process!
