Dear President Bush--if there is any chance that Israel would (and this is actually very doubtful) launch a strike against Iranian nuclear facilities the last thing you want to be doing is giving them the thumbs up in public. And it would be nice if the threat of Israeli action was not used as a rhetorical club in all this.
The world political leadership has descended into gibberish. It is as if we`ve all decided that, yeah, the morass of semi-anarchic blood-letting squabbling principalities of medieval Byzantium--that`s our model.
