Irrespective to my own opinion concerning ?gay marriages? here the High Court merely accepted on a mutual recognition as per international law of a Canadian lawful concluded gay marriage. This fact has its repercussion in Israel only on the ?financial law side.?
The religious side of this remains within the realms of its religion?s laws. |
