The Purim jokes are coming fast and furious! Nice one. The Chofetz Chaim encouraged Cohanim to learn the tractates they would need for the Third Temple. However, convening a Sanhedrin requires proper semicha [ordination], which we lack these days and it would go against the recognised poskim or halachic authorities. Offering were brought on the Temple Mount and we lack the required purification rites to ascend the Mountain of the L-rd. Nice try!
