To some Jews physical location is not the issue. They `live` in Israel spiritually. Diaspora Jews can feel entirely connected to Israel and manifest it in every way they live outside it. Let me make this clear Avraham: Israel is as much my responsibility as is yours. In terms of not residing there, this limitation can also be an asset.
