First of all, the sample of 501 is too small to be a correct sample. You need a minimum of 1500.

Second, the question itself begs the question--really? You mean people who don`t live in Israel should have a say in what goes on in their country as Israelis have to live in a place where they are trying to survive bombings, bad UN policy, and a corrupt government. If I lived in Israel I`d tell "Chutzys" to either move to Israel to work for positive change or step off (but, please send money.)
