Nadav Shragai, Haaretz Correspondent: Dozens of rabbis ascend Temple Mount in unprecedented visit
Talkback
Title:Unlike Steiner, they live in Israel, serve in the army
Name:Dani
City: Tel AvivState:
They, unlike him, ARE Zionists.

A couple other points- about the article itself:

1. Nadav Shragai should know that this isn`t a "deviation from the general halakhic rabbinical consensus". Consensus itself is changing.

2. The Rambam (Maimonides) himself ascended and prayed there, as did the Radbaz. Former Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rav Shlomo Goren, himself prayed on the Temple Mount in 1967 too. Rav Goren held that Jews are COMMANDED to pray on Har Habayit and even made a map of where Jews are permitted.
