| Reading this draws attention to all that is terrible about the occupation, but it leaves the impression of Palestinians as only innocent victims. There was no barrier in 1991, there is now. What happened in between? Brutal suicide attacks. The point is, although many people accuse Israel of racism it is jewish insecurity not racism that causes Israel to take many steps that worsen the impact of the occupation. At what responsibility do Palestinians have for increasing such insecurity. Quite a lot of responsibility. Any sense of Palestinian responsibility is absent from the article. |
