Why doesn`t archaeologist Eilat Mazar take legal action & place an injuction against the construction & not allowing for heavy equipment on the Temple. To complain accomplishes nothing if there is a genuine threat similar to the last dig where important Artifacts were found in the garbage, than the gov`t has an obligation to step in before it`s too late.
