| Outline/Peace Agreement of a future Palestinian state : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The new Palestinian state will have control over its own Airspace,Borders, and Coastline Monitored for a temporary amount of time 2. There will be 4 Eearly Warning stations in Palestine for 10 years then will be removed 3. The new Palestinian state will have an army with light weapons only / An International army will also deploy in Palestine Temporary 4. There will be a High-Way connecting the West Bank and Gaza going into Israel will be open 24/7 unless Attacked 5. The new Palestinian state will excersie and is entitled to control its own drinking water supplies in agreement with neighbors/ Israel. 6. The new Palestinian state will build up its own Power Plants with International help to make its own electricy 7. The Palestinian state will be formed on 100% of Gaza and 94% of the West Bank/ Israel will offer Palestine land-swap of Israel. 8. All Palestinian prisoners held by Israel will be freed into the new Palestinian state and will Vow not to attack the Israeli state 9. On Jerusalem : ALL Arab neighborhoods of Jerusalem will be under Palestinian control and all Jewish areas under Israeli rule MT scopus will remain Israeli and MT Olives will be under International control with freedom of travel for everyone! and last the Old City will be divided Jewish and part of Armeain will be under Israeli control the Muslim,Christian and part of Armeain will be Palestinian ruled the Western Wall will be under Israeli rule while the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa mosque will be placed fully under Muslim rule with International monitors around the area to keep the peace! 10. On the Palestinian refugees the Palestinian refugees will all be compensated for pain,suffering and loss of land the Intarnational community and Israel will form a Compensation to pay them on the RIGHT OF RETURN : The Refugees can return to the following 1. Palestine 2. Israel 3. Arab world 4. America/Israel The number of refugees going to certain places must be worked out |
