| Palestinian family descendants may be resettled in non-insubstantial numbers on the West side of the Green line as at the appropriate time, realizing the sensitivity of issues involved, both peoples in conjunction with resolving the Israeli sequestration of Palestinian land on the West Bank after 1967 on private land under the Israeli Absentee Property Trustee provisions by confirming ownership of Palestinian land within the Palestinian state and the exchange of contiguous territories between the two national communities, will consider the continued inhabitation of Israeli citizens to the east of the demarcation lines in areas whose formal sovereignty has been returned to the national Palestinian community--within a spiritual reassessment of the meaning of settlement for both peoples and the reassessment within Israel of the policies by which settlement boundaries have been expanded beyond the ability of those settlements to inhabit those boundaries. |
