Film footage can be doctored. As far as I am concerned a child is dead, and that child died because Israel is illegally occupying territories which do not belong to it. If Israelis disagree then they can pray to their god and gert him to change my mind. Which of course isn`t going to happen. So watch for the slanders the Fundamentalist Zionist come up with.
