| Rice should be as busy with Palestinian violence as she is with Israeli construction. Rice should help make the deal first and then worry about dealing with construction and settlers. It doesn`t make sense from the Jewish side to stop construction and withdraw settlers while violence is going on and then find out that there is no deal. |
