| This is the problem. Israel cannot get rid of missiles permanently at this stage. Its like Olmert just woke up. He is more responsible for them than anyone else as he pushed the gaza withdrawal on Sharon. He suffers from delusions. he has blocked a gaza blitz by the IDF in the past. Israel can reduce the # of missiles by firing lots of missiles into gaza; hamas will seek a truce. Firing missiles into civilian areas is a classic tactic that they will not change for some time unless IDF blitzes them with missiles into civilian areas.Anyways, Olmert is totally inept and he really has no concept into what is attainable on the ground. This is the man who is leading peace negotations?!Hopefully, the arabs will react like babies and suspend the peace talks. Then, israelis will say we don`t need olmert as PM as he is useless. |
