| Because terror helps maintain the Occupation as a tool to actualize the demographic threat. Israelis encourage this very logical strategy by constantly stating that the demographic threat will destroy Israel. Think about it: Why should the Palestinians agree to 22% of the land if the status quo will bring them 100% in another generation? The only way out of the current conundrum is to create a new Israeli political program in which the clock is ticking against the Palestinians: 1. Set up a timetable for the gradual reinstatement of full military occupation, growing according to the amount of time the Palest. leadership rejects Israeli redlines. 2. Implement monetary incentives 4 Palestinians who agree to emigrate & 4 countries granting them citizenship. 3. Lobby to dismantle the UNRWA. Unilaterally dismantle local refugee camps. 4. Last but not least, stop legitimizing the demographic threat argument. |
