Placing political considerations above such Law is a perversion of the said Law ,
True is that we live in a democracy , but even a gov`t , even a majority of parliament members , let alone one MK have no right to violate the Law of the Land , let alone to pervert it for political considerations in violation of the Law of Return to the Land of Israel ,
The moment that such Gov`t , Mks or even one MK violate such Law and order to put on trial settlers ,
Such Gov`t , Mks and order are illegal for they have violated the Law of the Land , in this case the Law of Return to the Land , |
