And each move brings Israel one step closer to its own unfortunate demise. Anyone who thinks that this is about the settlers is really blind. The settlers are however being used by the Israeli government to endure PAINFUL CONCESSIONS. For example, I bet you folks out there would feel very uncomfortable if you were physically forced from your home (as in the unilateral Gaza withdrawal).
Another way to see my point is via the realization that President Abbas is a no-body therefore making deals with him is also just like making a unilateral move. |
