Besides the fact that religious Jews don`t believe that the moshiach died/disappeared and will come back (that`s Christianity), to turn to ANY non-halachic court is forbidden by Jewish law and is a desecration of G-d`s name. Just another reason (of many) whyChabbad is outside the pale of normative Judaism.
