Title:Not a Ruling on Faith

The court ruling is not one on faith at all, its a ruling on who has say-so over the building. For example, you might want to come over to my house with a banner to hang with a lovely religious message that we both agree on. But I don`t want the sign up. A court will let me take it down because its my house. If it were your house, you could hang what you like.

If under the same circumstances, the sign had a message the I disageed with (like the one in the story), the fact that I disagree with the sign doesn`t make a court ruling about my right to keep your sign from my house into a ruling about the message on the sign.
