| Kofi Annan was a strong voice for the UN. OK he didn`t always achieve very much but he was charismatic and expressed his points clearly and forcefully to the world. Ban-Ki Moon,just seems a permanently pro-American non-entity who wrings his hands every time something goes wrong in the world and er that`s it. I guess maybe that`s all the American government wants out of the UN. |
