| Obviously TEA has an axe to grind. He/she should not cast unfounded aspersions on the universities. All outside grants require annual or semi-annual progress and finanacial reports. All evaluations of grants and academic promotions require about eight referees both from Israeli and prestigious foreign institutions. |
