| I think steps should be taken so that incubators for premature children, respirators for those who are intubated, and equipment for critically ill patients who require continuous monitoring in an ICU or level one trauma center all function as well as can be expected in these difficult times. Maybe that means allowing fuel to be delivered to emergency generators. Maybe that involves transferring these critical cases to Israel proper or to another location offering vital services until this situation gets resolved. |
