DE when was the last time you were here when it snowed I think you must be very mistaked. The tube virtually shuts down when it snows, frozen points is the normal excuse as opposed to melted points in the Summer.
Even if the gritters do get out in time the roads are chaos.
Two years ago I got stuck on the North Circular road back from Heathrow in a feak blizzard that left people in a jam for over 5 hours.
lets compare against Canada or alaska where they really do know how to cope in the snow eh? |
