| If one carefully follows the negative decisions of the Finance Ministry, it becomes clear that they are not done out of malice. There is no money available for the completion of the current fence and nor for a new one, not to speak of a half dozen other worthy projects. It has already been proposed for another project that the government cut across the board the budget of all ministries or raise taxes. Either of these two steps require exactky what our fearless leader lacks-fortitude! |
