They could choose to strap bombs on their women and children, but instead they hold a prayer service. Another clarifying difference between two societies. I`ve stated elsewhere that if the Palestinians were to hold prayer services without burning flags, throwing rocks, and chanting "death to Jews", their prayers would have been answered by now.
