Yosef,

You are imposing your Western values on other parts of the world. The West, America in particular, teaches that multi-culturalism is always best.

In fact, there is nothing inherently wrong with people living in culturally defined communities, so long as those communities are not disadvantaged. The building of a new Arab city suggests that Israeli-Arabs will be able to enjoy their own vibrant culture without having to sacrifice the benefits of modernity that "Jewish" communities enjoy.

Of course, multi-culturalism is great, as evidenced by America`s unmatched success. But just because something works for the West does not mean that it should be pushed on the rest of the world.
