I agree that it would be great to be mixed. I personally would move to an Arab village or have a Palestinian neighbour in my building.
But both peoples have so much anger/hatred/suspicion towards each other so I have no problem with Arab Israelis wanting to hold on to their Palestinian heritage through the neighbourhoods they live in for the short term. In the long term, we should all be mixed. |
