......are supposed to represent the people of their country and act accordingly. In any conflict it`s important to have dialogue, and in most conflicts the people who least want to speak to each other are the very people who need to speak the most. I find it absolutely childish and irresponsible when leaders around the world refuse to speak to other countries, groups within their own country, etc.
