| I assume that you called Obama`s church anti-semitic because it is a United Church of Christ which, as a denomination, has been critical of Israeli policies vis-a-vis the Palestinians. That`s quite a way to close off debate, just label an entire group of folks as something reprehensible. The man (Obama) has taken public stances against the policies of his own church (including, but not limited to, Israel). But, you see what you want to see. You will never understand the kind of politics that Obama is talking about--that considers dialogue, critical debate, and even compromise to achieve different outcomes than we have been experiencing. You have bought into the Rovian way of thinking. |
