| The problem is Ray that we also have a responsibility to apease world opinion and that slows everything down. I agree with you 100% that we ought to be able to respond quickly as any other sovereign nation would be allowed to. It`s also a double standard. We are damned if we defend ourselves and we are damned if we use preventive measures. |
