| Why would an attack be proportionate? Hamas targets civilian populations, and Israel is trying to stop them. The IDF and IAF have been incredibly succesful at limitting civilian deaths despite the terrorists setting up rocket launchers in schools and mosques. If Israel wanted to be proportionate, they would fire back at Gaza civilian populations dozens of crude missles a day. Instead they target militants to protect themselves. It`s not proportionate because this is not tit for tat, Israel is trying to protect themselves from terrorist agressors. |
