| I can at least tell you where I was in the last Lebanonwar. I was in Haifa and I stayed. I know quite well how it feels, when you are afraid of rockets. Afraid, your friends may die. I was in Israel when a friend was sent to Lebanon and lost his life there, in the last days of that war, and as it turned out in the end, he could have been saved had the Israeli government not been mistaken. For a long time I did trust Israeli governments, no matter if I agreed with all they did or not, but at least I thought they were doing the best for their people. I am not sure about that any longer. And another thing: Of course terrorists dont care about their own people, but does Israel have to put itself on the level of terrorists? If Israel would care so much for their own people it would not send soldiers out to create more and more hate. Which it is doing right now. |
