| db: "He did not have enough time to clarify the law?" He understands the law perfectly well, db. He understands that what he is planning on doing will be a war crime. And he wants to commit that war crime, but he does not want to be held to account for it. So what he is attempting to do is to get legal advice that what he is planning is NOT a war crime, so that he will have an excuse should he ever be called to account from those crimes in the future. Or, in short, he is attempting to cover his arse. |
