If what you say is true, then international in this case only serves as a means to protect militants that strike from civilian areas thereby violating the human rights of the victimized Israeli citizens.
The truth of the matter is that the terrorists are fully responsible for the damage that results from their instigation of violence. They are fully aware of the results of an Israeli retaliation, but they do it anyway. International law places them FULLY responsible for both Palistinian and Israeli deaths because they intentially attack from civilian areas. |
