Yes anyone inside the bus would turn into "swiss cheese" if a bomb did happen to go off in there but the report mentioned an "inspecting" of possible occupants. Meaning anyone that fits the description of a terrorist (according to the media, anyone of Muslim or Arabic descent) would not be allowed on the bus and if he was suspicious enough the bus would "lock-down", giving them the perfect opportunity to test or have fun with their " crowd control equipment" is that what they call cluster bombs now-a-days...hahhah....
