| Ilya, maybe you wanna read the article once again. Because Hamas is not denying what Abbas says about Barak (??), but they are denying Abbas claim that Hamas is desperately looking for a cease-fire with Israel. Look, most of the information I have about Ehud Barak comes indeed from Haaretz (I have seen some of his interviews on U.S. TV stations where I got a rather "mixed" impression of him). So either Haaretz has a problem with Barak and tries to portray him in a bad light (which I honestly doubt....), or there is really a problem with Baraks integrity. Because judging from the Haaretz articles about Barak before and after Annapolis, he really didn`t come across as a sincere player. |
