It is not Shi`ism at all, but the fact that our misguided actions are radicalizing residents of the West Bank and making Abbas look the limp puppet we were pretending he wasn`t. It is that Hizballah and Hamas are becoming one united enemy. When there`s one at one end and one at the other it`s called pincer, right? The Shi`a business is to drive home that point and to pretend it`s fundamental Islam that is the culprit, not Israel`s free rein in the West Bank Palestinian "Autonomy".
