Well, Hamas is responsible for the death of hundreds of Palestinian citizens, the education of infectious hatred that perpetuates the problem for generations, the disregard for Israeli sovereignty, and the steadfast refusal to invest in the infrastructure that would allow the Palestinians to begin building a real state.
But at least they do a phenomenal job of making martyrs out of their precious kids. (One should always give credit where credit is due.)
If Hamas is truly in it for the Palestinian people, why isn`t it is offering what all good governments offer their citizens; i.e. peace, security, civility, and a shot at prosperity?
I know. It`s ALL Israel`s and the U.S.`s fault. Blame is the mantra of small children. Responsibility and compromise just may create hope and light, given a chance. |
