It appears that in order for the anti missile system to work the enemy shall have to give at least a few months warning (time of attack, coordinates of firing position and target)before launching.

This can be compared to asking the Japanese to inform Washington of their intent to attack Pearl Habour.

Previous reports claimed that the Nautilus anti-missile system had a one hundred percent sucess rate against missiles.

This is before counter measures are taken to insulate the missiles against the effects of heating with a laser beam.
