the term "messianic jews" for those "jews" who believe that jesus was the messiah appears strange to me. actually every observant/religious jew believes in a messiah. therefore actually every one is a messianic jew. i don`t understand why these people who believe that jesus was the messiah just don`t call themselves "christians".
