| As the murderer wasn`t married, he possibly didn`t have any children. As he was only in his 20`s, if he did have children they would be quite young and unlikely to even be aware of what happened. We as Jews believe in the Rule of Law, whether Torah Law or civil law. In which legal system do we allow hanging the children of a murderer? `A father shall not die for the sins of his children and a child will not die for the sins of its parent. |
