| You break you buy it. You have complete control over the land, air and sea routes into a small area populated by over a million people who are totally dependent on you to allow in food, electricity, medicine, etc. They can`t bring in medical equipment, chemotherapy agents, anything without your say so. And they can`t send people out for advanced training. So THEIR medical system is YOUR problem. Sucks to be you, sucks even more to be them. |
