Bravo that both of you do not follow the herd. And both of you (particularly MR) know something, or question (like harriet), before condemning top doctors under stress.
I want to add that in my wife`s case (above at #7) the patologist who investigated, after the operation, the small "Cyst" and surroundings (in the neck) could only say "the cells are somewhat longish"... Easy to disregard. But no, this was sent to Florida to a specialist patologist in this particular thing and only then, after quite some time did the unknown problem grow into a suspicion. And then, it was sent to another American patologist who confirmed the diagnosis. Imagine waiting for all that in the case described so skimpily in this article!
