| The same as in the US. Do you really want to follow us down the path of trial lawyer destruction of the medical system? The family and their lawyer is interviewed by a reporter with no medical background, inflammatory language is used with no attempt at balance. This article doesn`t even make sense. How can you link 2 years of HRT to another malignancy? Where are the studies to support that? No one HAS to be put on HRT anyway. And I seriously doubt that an unnecessary hysterectomy is the worst malpractice case you`ve had recently. Our system is failing at rationally addressing medical errors and quality health care suffers as a result. Don`t copy us. |
