| Johnboy, Do you actually recognize Israel as a legitimate state within recognized borders? (At least within the Green Line - pending mutually agreed borders). You`ve never actually said that in your posts. You appear to quote International Law a lot. Yet, I`ve never seen you acknowledge Israel as a legitimate State (as has the UN, EU, Quartet, and (by implication)and the Arab League (through the Saudi Initiative). I`m curious. You use phrases such as `ruling junta` and `regime`. Since you recognize other regimes (such as the Syrian inherited dictatorship) does the fact that Israel has an elected Knesset give it a government under International Law or just a `ruling junta`. |
