Now the story reads like from a book of fairy tale from deranged psychologist, for the minute details of stories told by people who have problems with themselves. As horrondous as the cases of abuses listed in the article, and the various other instances recited at length in other Israeli newspaper, one cannot but ask:"where were the proper Children Welfare Institutions when such aterrible abuses occured, and what were the remedies". The sensation provided by the stories are for the sake of demonising a segment of our population: no matter whether religious or secular the exploitation of children and mind binding to abuse them occur in all of the classes. It does not help a witt the child, are we just trying to throw the guilt onto some dreamers and fakers, so that the Society at large withits institutions escape the guilt?!! It is not the first, and unfortunately not the last, but the infrastructure -schools, welfare officers, Kupot,-failed their responsibility. Who is Chen Lior with a small band of KAbalistic mistycs in comparaison of the big institutions that are there to save the Child?!!!
