Why is it that when one begins a conversation about Israel with most Jews, the defensive mode immediately shifts away to " why don`t the Arabs do ....this that anything everything" . Whenever I talk to people like you, suddenly it`s never " our problem". It`s always theirs; why Israel is helpless? Them.
s when Jews were able to own the own problem and find solutions. Suddenly, it`s OK to be the puppets of the people we then ( happily) condemn as unable to act.

Israel either has a problem, or it doesn`t. If it does, then it must find solutions for its own problem. This is the only mature way to approach life and death situations. " The devil made me do it" might work if evasion is the name of the game. Can Israel risk such blame games instead of doing what must be done to arrive at a goal?
