You don`t have a clue Durson. Israel is presently engaged in negotiations with Mahmoud Abbas. Do you know who Mr. Abbas is Durson? You don`t seem to so I`ll tell you: HE`S THE HEAD OF THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY!!
Israel has talked and negotiated with many adversaries over the years: until 1978 Egypt and Israel were sworn enemies, but now they have a peace treaty; same with Jordan, a peace treaty signed in 1994. Israel fought wars against both nations but through negotiations and "talking" peace was reached. As we speak, Israel`s foreign minister Tzipi Livni is on Arab soil visiting Qatar.
Are you referring to Israel not "talking" to Hamas? Hamas declares over and over they will NEVER recognize Israel`s right to exist. Since they feel that way there`s no point in talking to them. Israel won`t and shouldn`t negotiate it`s existence. |
