| Carters response sounds perfectly reasonable. What is your point? Darfur has no effective government. It is chaotic anarchy. The only fix is to go in shooting and to remain after on a permanent basis. This is likely the only fix for Israel/Palestine as well, but Carter is too much the optimist to realize this. |
